Our Doctors at Abermain Surgery can complete a Mental Health Assessment to help diagnose and/or refer for a mental health specialist review.

Once a mental health condition has been diagnosed, the GP is able to create a Mental Health Care Plan.

A Mental Health Care Plan enables patients to be able to be eligible for a medicare rebate for services from registered psychologists and clinical psychologists.
